Celeste take pride in offering high-quality fashion products that make you look and feel your best. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. That’s why we offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you.

Return Eligibility & Guidelines

  • Returns are only accepted on unused, unworn, and unwashed products in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, accessories and intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased during special sales events (such as Birthday, Valentine’s Day, or Clearance Sales) are not eligible for returns.
  • All return requests undergo a quality inspection by our team before approval. Any items found to be used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • International orders are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return?

  • You can easily initiate a return through our WhatsApp Chatbot on the left side of our website for quick assistance.
  • Alternatively, email us at support@celesteindia.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9220525577 with your order ID and reason for return.

Refund Policy

  • A ₹120 pickup fee will be deducted from your refund (charged by courier services).
  • For partial COD orders, the ₹40 COD fee is non-refundable, so a total of ₹160 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once your return passes inspection, refunds are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • If you prefer an instant refund, opt for store credit to avoid deduction charges.

Exchange Policy

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange it for a different size or style within 7 days (₹90 shipping fee applies for exchanges).

  • Exchanges are only allowed once per order.
  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.

Order Cancellation Policy

To ensure fast shipping and seamless service, our system starts processing your order immediately after confirmation.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed, even if the request is made within minutes.
  • If you need assistance with an order issue, our customer support team is happy to help.

Dispute Resolution & Order Issues

  • If you experience any order-related issue, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
  • If your order status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, inform us within 24 hours so we can raise the issue with our courier partners.

Inspection & Transit Damages

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos/videos as proof.
  • Evvara is not responsible for damages caused in transit, but we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier service.
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered under our replacement policy.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought on sale, promotional offers, or using store credit are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are also non-returnable.
